Josie has written an excellent book to help a child with Asperger’s Syndrome solve a mystery, namely their own diagnosis. “The Mystery of a Special Kid” was published in Brisbane, Australia, in 1999.

She has now published three more books.

You are Special Too is for siblings, to help them understand their brother or sister with Asperger’s Syndrome. Set for Gold - Strategies for Life is a resource/workbook that includes individualised strategies, games and visual stories that can be used in conjunction with “The Mystery of a Special Kid.”

Her most recent book is Your Special Asperger’s Syndrome Gift, and was written to introduce Asperger’s Syndrome in a positive light to a parent. She guides the reader through the specific issues faced by a parent and their role in helping their child understand the world, and to help others to understand their world.
