Loreen Leedy has written and illustrated a children’s book that describes how humans make friends. Dr. Zork Tripork (it is a humorous as well as informative book) has just been to earth and shares his discoveries on friendship with his fellow aliens. I recommend this for parents and teachers of children with Asperger’s Syndrome as the themes include important topics such as having conflicts, apologising and forgiving and the different types of friendship. Recommended by Debbie Mercer. I have seen this book and also recommend it and as soon as I see another copy in a bookstore, I will buy it.
